Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

The beautiful beaches are only a short walk away allowing you to easily enjoy the crystal-clear waters and peaceful surroundings.The property is ideally situated with free parking available nearby.Additionally, a bus stop is just around the corner, providing easy access to explore the rest of the island.

Villa Mevis-Levantes

Levantes, is a beautifully renovated stone house that serves as a guest house of Villa Mevis. The room is located in the center of Paxoi island, close to the village Magazia. Due to its central location, it offers quick and easy access to all points of interest (beaches, villages). The property is surrounded by the scenery of olive groves and traditional masonry. The courtyard offers an amazing view to the Ionian Sea and Lakka Bay and is the ideal destination to enjoy a relaxed vacation.

Azalea House Holiday Villa in Paxos

Azalea House is a small cozy house nestled on a slope with stunning view toward the sea. Newly renovated, the house is located in a quiet residential area of Paxos Island, just a short drive (10min) away from the central town of Gaios, which makes Azalea House the ideal place for a peaceful retreat. The house can accomodate up to two persons, distributed between the double room and the large sofa bed in the living room, and offers a colorful private garden , pool and off road parking.

Alba

Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο. Η βιλλα Alba ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα. Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

Vintage House Gaios center

Family, or couples are welcomed at recently renovated ''Vintage House'' !!! Located in Gaios village, within a few minutes' walk from restaurants and bars and a 5-6-minutes from the nearest beach ! The self catering accomodation of Vintage House consists of two A/C separate bedrooms (a double and a twin one) and one bathroom. There is a seating/living room area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, fridge, stove ,TV.

MARINA'S HOUSE

Marina' House, is a newly refurbished small villa, just a short five minute walk from the beautiful village of Lakka and the three beaches of Lakka bay. The village has everything you need, shops, atm, and many small tavernas and bars located next to the sea. Villa Marina has all modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a large outside seating area with barbecue to enjoy the sun and relax on the warm evenings.

This property is a studio that includes a double bed and a bathroom with shower enclosure. The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. Outside we have a nice terrace with amazing views of the bay and a private jacuzzi. You can use the shared pool and the shared sitting and dining areas with exceptional views.

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Studio Gaia- Refreshing, unique port views, garden

Studio Gaia is situated in a serene location that is very close to the heart of the town of Gaios. The open plan living space has a cosy sitting room, dining area and a kitchen that although they share 16 m2, are well maintained and equipped. Fresh bath amenities and Wi-Fi facility are also provided. The garden is full of trees and if you are lucky, you can enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits according to the season.

Vue exceptionnelle sur mer et le port de Loggos

La villa citronnelle bénéficie d'une situation panoramique sur les hauteurs de Loggos. Vous profiterez d'une piscine privative à débordement, d'un terrain de pétanque, d'une table de ping-pong, des terrasses avec transats, d'un salon de jardin.... Tout pour se sentir bien en famille ou entre amis. Vous serez à 6 minutes à pied du port de Loggos, de ses tavernes, bars et commerces ainsi que de plusieurs plages.
