In het hartje van het bruisende Zuid, op een steenworp van het prachtige museum KMSKA ligt Huis Van Hoorne. Dit onlangs gerenoveerde herenhuis uit 1890 is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een verkenning door de oude stad, een bezoek aan één van de musea, boetiekjes of antiekwinkels. Culinair genieten kan je volop in de talrijke bars en restaurants die in de wijk gelegen zijn. Alles is makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Son 4 plantas y dos plantas tienen terraza. En el primer piso hay un comedor/sala de reuniones con cocina totalmente equipada y café recién hecho. Las otras tres plantas de 45 m² tienen cada una su propio baño privado, una cama doble y un sofá cama doble. También se proporcionan jabón y champú.

De plafonds zijn hoog en er zijn nog vele originele stijlelementen bewaard gebleven van de interbellum periode (1928) waarin het huis gebouwd werd. De zeer ruime living geeft uit op een gezellige stadstuin (ZO georiënteerd). Alle nutsvoorzieningen en comfort zijn ruimschoots voorzien.
