This villa with the minimal approach in combination with the sophisticated decoration meet earth tones in a fully luxuriously shaped accommodation in the heart of Antiparos. This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Loads of love and effort for this particular house.This is the second house that we created in the complex. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

The apartment is located at the picturesque port of Antiparos. Close to supermarkets, coffee houses, clubs and the beach. In a 3 minutes walking distance, you can find my restaurant for some local tastes for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is not included in the price of the apartment.
