My place is close to Public transport, 3 miles to the city centre, parks, and art and culture, close links to m1 motorway, east midlands airport 20 mins drive from property, Birmingham International airport 45 mins . This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, business travellers/commuters and families (with kids). a fully equipped travel cot is available if needed, complete with bed linen.

Very fast WiFi. 5 minutes walking distance from Glenfield hospital. 10 mins by car from Leicester City Centre. No full kitchen (no cooker but microwave, toaster, kettle and mini-fridge provided). Property is part of a larger property and is situated on first floor with its own private entrance. No lift.

Anstey Annex

A beautiful little place to relax and enjoy a break. If you have family local or coming to enjoy the history of Leicestershire or visit the stunning countryside and parks. Anstey Annex is like home from home, self sufficient with a private garden. Attached to the main house where I reside. Short walk into Anstey village where you will find all amenities and village character. Short drive or 25 minute walk to the beautiful Bradgate park.

Furnished loft apartment which is open plan. The access to the apartment is through the single door which leads into the hallway. There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know. DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE APARTMENT. There is NO facility for EV charging. The closest charging points are in Anstey.
