The home has lots of windows and light, and it is very peaceful and comfortable. It has been fully refreshed, but the original character was kept and fills the entire home. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities. Come walk back in time and enjoy Ann Arbor!

Beautiful exposed brick and beams, with a luxurious bed, in a spacious, historic building. This loft has a magnificent kitchen with cabinets galore. The tall windows allow copious natural lighting to illuminate the 1500 sq ft loft. Originally built in 1895, the loft showcases its original brickwork, exposed and restored alongside custom, elegant woodwork. The original hayloft doors, long ago bricked in on the south wall of the apartment, have been delicately reproduced.

This is a 2 bedroom, one bath Royal Oak townhouse that was completely renovated in April of 2021. Settled a few miles away from Beaumont Hospital, Downtown Royal oak and Clawson, the lower level has a beautiful kitchen with a wrap around quartz bar style counter top and high end appliances.
