Welcome to Des Moines, Iowa! Within the newly renovated, very spacious, basement oasis with a queen bed and a twin bed in a nearby alcove and an eat-in kitchen. My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard. There are now stairs. I go by Becky by the way.

1 Bed 1 Bath No Stairs Near VA Hospital Des Moines

400 square foot apartment in 10 unit building built in a U shape with courtyard in the middle. Easy parking right off 37th Street and walk right in at street level, no stairs. Cozy apartment with living room, kitchen and queen bed. Fully furnished with TV and wifi for easy living while you work in Des Moines. Airbnb allowed a guest that we had to remove to leave a review that tanked the rating on this unit. Anything we can do to accommodate a comfortable stay certainly let me know.

2nd floor apartment. located in historical down town Adel. Brick streets along with small shops for a unique shopping experience. Bike trails, fishing amentities close by. Small town with plenty of personality. Its keyless coded entry so no waiting to be let in. Makes for easy check-ins. Wifi available. Pets welcome if potty trained, non-destructive. must be in a kennel if left alone for a long period of time. The apartment is professionally cleaned immediately following departure.

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.
