This tiny home is where nature meets luxury!! The electric fireplace will welcome you while resting and watching your favorite show. There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

Please note that because of the age of the home and it's location we operate on well water. We do provide bottled water and a brita system for our guests. If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.

Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a quiet, clean, cozy space. We offer a comfy king size bed. The bathroom is handicapped equipped with grab bars and a spacious shower. Private guest entry has steps, but we have a ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.

Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.

Nearby hunting, walking, UTV riding, snowmobile, biking, and many other outdoor activities. Entire house with outdoor fire pit available. We are located out in the country and it is very quiet and safe area. We offer self check-in with a pin pad lock on the door. We are close by but leave you to enjoy country living.

Little House on the Farm

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom cottage on our small farm that has been recently renovated. It is wheel chair accessible. We are in the middle of the fourth largest Amish community in the world. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.
