This brand new construction second floor one bedroom condo accommodates up to 2 guests. The unit is close to local hiking trails. Step Falls Preserve, Mount Will recreation area, Grafton Notch State Park, Sunday River Ski resort Mount Abram ski area and the Appalachian trail are all close by. The condo has a beautiful deck which faces East and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning. The bathroom has heated floors. Please turn them down to 45 upon checkout. The bedroom has a queen size bed.

The cabin has great views of the mountain range for viewing in Fall and Winter. it has 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 4 Twin beds, and 1 Full size bunk bed. This log cabin sits half way up Mount Abrams so you ski in and out.

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.
