The 80-acre property is surrounded by giant spruce and birch trees with amazing views of the Nenana River valley and the outer Alaska Range. It's bordered by state land and the northern section of Denali Park. The first floor has kitchen, bathroom & living space. The upstairs is bedrooms only.
