We are located 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to downtown, walkable to bars, restaurants & an amazing trail system. We are lifelong Alaskans who have traveled the World and love to meet new people. We are happy to make recommendations & help make your trip the best it can be.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Downtown Executive Unit w/ Heated Garage

One bedroom apartment, above the garage, which is available for your use, in walking distance of restaurants, convention center, the Anchorage Museum, Nesbitt Courthouse, Performing Arts Center, locally owned bakery/coffee shop/grocery market, paved trail system. Great care was taken in the design and decor. We are so excited to share the space with you while you adventure in Alaska! No smoking and no pets, please.

Small efficiency apartment located above the garage of nice home located two blocks south from the west end of the Anchorage Park Strip. Private entrance and private space. View of Chugach mountains. Walk to downtown or coastal trail. Queen bed. Jacuzzi bath. Cable tv, Apple tv for streaming, and wi-fi. Washer and dryer. Toaster oven, coffee maker, and fridge. Coffee and tea provided. Does not have a full kitchen.
