The apartment features a beautiful, elongated deck with a cozy firepit, access to a large yard, and a grill for barbequing. Our location is unbeatable- with easy access to the North and South highway to explore all Alaska offers! Walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and local businesses. A short 10-minute drive to Downtown Anchorage,8 miles to Ted Stevens Airport, and 15 miles to JBER.

Relax in this private 1-bedroom downstairs mother-in-law apartment nestled at the base of Mount Baldy, in walking distance of downtown Eagle River, and a 15 minute drive from Downtown Anchorage. Be forewarned, you will most likely meet our Doodle (Nala) during your stay, it is a kid friendly household, and an old house with baseboard radiant heat. The house stays nice and warm, but during the winter the whole place crackles.
