Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στην ομορφότερη περιοχή των Καταπόλων, το Ξυλοκερατίδι, έχει νότιο προσανατολισμό και απέχει 30 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Παρότι σε κεντρικό σημείο, το χαρακτηρίζει η ησυχία. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει δύο άνετους χώρους, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και κουζίνα-καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι. Εξωτερικά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία, πέργκολα και θέα στη θάλασσα.

Το Sochoro I είναι στον πρώτο όροφο ενός νεόδμητου κτίσματος με πανοραμική θέα στο λιμάνι των Καταπόλων και στο πέλαγο. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης ενώ ξεχωρίζει το μπαλκονακι που έχει θέα το λιμάνι του νησιού !Τέλος σε κοντινή αποσταση απο το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων.
