Welcome to 1326 Shipwatch, a relaxing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the Destination Amelia Vacation Rental Collection. This fully-equipped, refurnished property is tucked within the southern-most cluster of the Shipwatch Villas, an oceanfront complex situated in the gated Amelia Island Plantation. It offers access to its seasonally heated pool. *Dogs are considered but must be approved by management. Guests must agree to certain terms and the required pet fee is $150 (plus 12% tax.)

The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
