Its isolated location is a quarter mile from any blacktop road meaning its very QUIET. Located approximately 20 miles from 3 interstate highways (I-88, I-80, I-39), it's easy to travel to and easy to find. Although it's isolated, there are many attractions within an hour's drive of the farmhouse. The house also has an attached garage and screened in breezeway.

Lil House On The Prairie (LHOTP) is aptly named because it’s located on the edge of Nachusa Grassland’s 1,000 acre south Bison pasture. The 100+ herd of free ranging Bison can often be viewed right along the boundary fence to the west! This recently remodeled two bedroom cottage can sleep six with two queen size beds and with a pull out sofa bed. LHOTP offers a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to base your adventures from. Silo on the Canal

This tiny house is located three walking blocks from the Village of Utica. Located on the edge of a hayfield, guests will be able to watch deer in the evening and see the chickens free range the farm. The silo is attached to the tiny house and creates a master bedroom. Kitchenette, queen bed and a bathroom give guest privacy while being close to town.
