One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a twin. Enjoy the sunset on the back deck. A 50 inch smart tv is in the living room. Make your coffee or tea and enjoy the can of cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator ready to bake. Stroll down Route 66, with its many antique shops, restaurants, and bars.

Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

The Bunny Bungalow

Enjoy a relaxing getaway for two in our brand new bungalow. The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. The bath features a double vanity, tub for two and modern shower. A full size laundry set is tucked near the back door. The back yard features a cedar pergola with hot tub, a seating area and gas BBQ grill.

While we have a Mother-In Law suite attached to our home, you will experience total privacy with your own front and back doors, double garage 17’11”W 20’D, security system and climate control system. Our spacious home (1700 sq ft) affords you a living room, gaming room, full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, dedicated work space, guest bathroom, guest bedroom, primary bedroom with a luxurious 5 piece en-suite bath, and a laundry room.

Our adorable cottage home is the perfect stop over for you coming through Amarillo. We are 2 mins off of I-40, 2 mins to historic route 66, and five minutes to downtown Amarillo. The awesome Green door is your entry to an amazing stay, a True Home experience while on your travels. Our home is completely remodeled to accommodate you and yours with comfort and pleasure in mind. Security lighting, walking path nearby and restaurants abound within a mile or two. Pets allowed 25lbs and under

A city park, across the street, has tennis and pickleball courts, a kids playground and splash pad.
