Dobbeltseng i soveværelse, kun adgang fra den ene side. Sovesofa til 2 personer (110cm bred) i stuen. Der er tynde bambus gardiner som ikke tager lyset udenfor, i stuen hvor sovesofa er. Den ene del af huset er fra 1980, den andel del fra 2020. Ovn til brænde virker ikke. Badeværelset er gammelt men fungerer.

Lyst og familievenligt rækkehus i stille kvarter med dejlig have og terrasse. Huset er kun 5 minutters gang fra togstationen, hvorfra man kan køre til centrum af København på 15 min. Der er kun 3 minutters gang til supermarked og 10 minutters gang til det lokale bycentrum. Der er gratis parkering ved vejen. Huset er rent og velholdt og indrettet med lyse rum og et godt køkken med alle fornødenheder.

Hav det dejligt med hele familien i vores nyistandsatte villalejlighed med egen have. Den ligger 800m fra lækker badestrand og metroen kan tages til indre by. Vi har selv to drenge på 0 og 5år, så der er alt hvad et barn har brug for af praktiske ting og legetøj - både til inde og ude). På børneværelset er der en køjeseng (160cm). Dyr, rygning og fester er ikke tilladt Velegnet til 2voksne + børn
