In 2021 I gut renovated my 103 year old East Hollywood home to bring you The EaHo Eco Home. I strive to keep my listing economical for my guests and eco-friendly for the planet. My solar powered home is in a Transit Oriented Community (TOC) which means you can get around this area without a car. I rent out the guest suite in the back half of my house which has a private entrance & furnished outdoor space. I’ve been on Airbnb for 10+ years with over 100 five star reviews. I love doing this.

Address will be in the check in info 2 which is provided 1-2 days before check in via Airbnb. ➡️🔑 Dislcaimer: Your key, Fob, and parking pass will all be on one lanyard, with an Apple Airtag attached to track keys if lost or stolen. Failure to return any of these items will be a $100 fee for EACH item. Failure to pay will be delt with airbnb and a 0 star review will be left.

Hello! Welcome to my cool, serene, sweet space! It is centrally located in a long standing, socioeconomically diverse neighborhood with a lovely sense of community. The studio is very close to so many venues that you never have to go too far to get to your destination! If you are looking for a peaceful private place to unwind after a busy day, then look no further! Here you will find a cozy little hideaway, just for you! It is for couples or singles only. It is too small for families.

Walking distance to restaurants; (Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Starbucks, etc), the Montebello Golf Course, TOPGOLF & Country Club. Situated in a nice, quiet and safe Neighborhood. As featured in the pictures, the room comes with one queen sized bed, and one full sized bed. There is No TV in the room.

Covered with bamboo, the Green House is a private pool house. The updated Green House features a kitchenette, private bathroom, 50” smart TV, and a queen size memory foam mattress. Either enjoy the Green House or take a quick drive to Universal Studios and the other must see landmarks LA has to offer. EV charger available.

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

This 400 sq ft one room cottage sits in a beautiful very quite neighborhood. Guest will enjoy taking long walks in the near perfect year round weather. Super safe with lots of charming homes on tree lines streets. A five minute walk to the Mission Village where you can enjoy yummy foods from two different local restaurant's or shop at fabulous shops.
