In the summer months the property offers a fire pit with chairs, covered patio with dining and grilling area as well as a large porch overlooking the lake, perfect for taking in a sunrise. A private dock is available for you to pull your own boat up to. Public launch is located less than a mile away. Winter months offer a quiet tranquil retreat.

Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, visiting family or cozy home base while exploring everything Rogers City has to offer. Rogers City is beautiful at all times of the year whether it be summer, fall or winter! We have plenty of room for parking, trailers for fishing boats, and snowmobile trailers are welcomed. Step into a storybook escape at our charming 1915 Victorian home in Old Towne Alpena. This spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for groups of up to 12 guests. Each bedroom features elegant period furniture paired with plush, modern mattresses. The main floor offers two bedrooms and a recently renovated full bath with a walk-in shower, while the upper level includes three more bedrooms, a full bath with a claw-foot tub.

Escape to our cozy cabin on the Thunder Bay River, just 15 minutes away from downtown Alpena. It offers 50 feet of water frontage, perfect for a variety of outdoor activities. Whether you're looking to kayak, fish, swim, or simply relax by the water, our cabin has it. In the summer months we do have an additional room in the cabin with a queen size bed and 4 Kayaks for your use.

My place is less than a block from Restaurants, an outdoor Splash Park, and beaches along Lake Huron. Within walking distance is a park with basketball and tennis courts, a bandshell for outdoor concerts in summer and more beach access. If you're looking for a night in, the backyard is private with a firepit and hot tub, or enjoy the game/activity room downstairs.
