Una casa tranquila de 60 metros cuadrados en el pueblo de Lakki, a 500 metros de altitud, con un ambiente tradicional, con una vista despejada de las Montañas Blancas de Creta, con dos dormitorios, un baño y una sala de estar con cocina. con capacidad para 4 personas y su mascota. El amanecer golpea cada mañana el jardín y las ventanas de la casa y lo baña de luz. A 20 min de Samaria Gorge, a 30 min de Chania y a 60 min de Sougia en el mar de Libia y a 10 minutos del supermercado más cercano.

The outdoor space has private pool, garden, barbeque & parking, surrounded by greenery with breathtaking mountain views. Within 1 mile of the atmospheric Almyrida resort with beach & delightful taverns. Inside are 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen/diner, 3 shower rooms. There is a sun terrace around the pool & on 1st floor off the master bedroom. The nearest airport is Chania International, 19 miles away.

The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. The house is in Gavalochori, a beautiful village, 35 min drive from Chania, 3,5 km from the beach in Almyrida. The villa has stunning views to the White mountains, villages and the sea. The villa is ideal for a romantic luxury holiday for two or a small family.
