The accommodation is a comfortable double studio, located in the center of Alyki, on the second floor above Marina Café. It is situated directly on the seafront road, which turns into a pedestrian street in the evening, creating a pleasant and lively atmosphere. It is just a few steps from the sea, 20 meters from Alyki Beach, 80 meters from the bus stop, 4 km from Paros Airport, and 13 km from the port of Paros, making it an ideal choice for easy and convenient transportation.

Nearby there is a supermarket and a pharmacy and in two seconds you are at the closest beach of Grotta. Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly renovated Cycladic house is only a few steps away from the beach. It can sleep up to 5 persons and is fully equipped to provide a relaxing holiday escape. Within walking distance from main town of Paroikia (10-15 min).
