My place is close to parks and great views. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the people, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Guests are welcome from everywhere and anywhere. Make yourselves at home. This is a studio space with a bed/sitting room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a hand basin then a separate toilet and shower area. There's a place to hang clothes and plenty of storage in drawers and cupboards. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, small conventional oven and cooktop with an additional double cooking ring for the enthusiasts. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Guest have access to the back garden where there's a bench table for afternoon and evening sun. There's a line to hang washing at the back of the garden. Guest are also welcome at any time to use the tables and chairs on the front deck to enjoy the morning sun and views over the estuary. We want you to enjoy your stay and see as much of Auckland as possible. There is so much to see, we have 34 regional parks just for starters! There's plenty of space just over the road for walking, running, kayaking, cycling, tennis and futsal and a swimming pool 20 minutes walk away. We are more than happy to help you find places of interest to visit and show how best to get there. >If you have a car please park it on the left of the road, outside the house. It's perfectly safe there but should be locked at all times and don't leave any valuables in them. >You will find various bus and train schedules and maps in the studio. We will try to make sure they are always up to date but can't guarantee it. Best use the website (EMAIL HIDDEN) to plan journeys and or buy an AT HOP card (the closet place is the Panmure rail station) which makes it easier to pay fro trips on buses and trains. >There are a group of shops on Tripoli Road (just a 3 minute walk through the Tamaki Primary school grounds). The shops sell, food (milk, bread, convenience foods, fruit & vegs etc), liquor, chinese take-aways.

Tui cottage is located across the road from a short walkway to Maraetai beach & cafes. Lovely two bedroom self contained flat, with own separate entrance & bbq patio area. Great place for either two couples or a family escape, sleeps four. Take some time to kick back & relax on the lounge deck chairs while you enjoy a coffee or glass of wine while taking in the panoramic view. Also available on site in a separate cottage, romantic unique couples escape with 4 post bed, spa and amazing views.

Imagine waking up beside a beachfront grass reserve with short walk <50 metres to the sea shore of Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is a flat beach and tide retreats out quite a way. This ground floor apartment is double glazed and offers comfortable accommodation. please note that if 2 people are staying and wish to use both bedrooms then an additional fee ($40) is charged for linen and 2nd bathroom use Nearby are a multitude of attractions and eateries. Sorry preschoolers/infants not accepted.

This Balinese inspired apartment with views over the pacific ocean from both the living area and bedroom, only steps from the beach, cafes and in close proximity of two other beaches, wonderful walks, the boat ramp, a golf course, village markets, wineries and so much more. Tucked away down a cul de sec it is a very relaxing place. Views over the palm gardens and out to sea, ideal for a get away for two. Included is linen, towels, tea/coffee and the cleaning service.

Ideal sheltered swimming area. 3 minutes walk to Surf beach. 4 minutes drive to shops, cafes, championship golf course. Tariff for 2 people is based on them just using the main bed and bathroom upstairs. If an extra bed/bathroom downstairs is required it would incur a separate $100 charge to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs.
