Unique back yard cottage apartment in Belmont with shiplap walls, wood floors, a 10x20 deck, kitchen with frig, dw, w/d; comfy & efficient. Situated between tall wood fence and cypress trees, it feels quiet and private. More suitable for 1 to 2 guests, but happy to accommodate 4 "good" :) friends (bathroom access is thru the bedroom). 10 min to airport, 15 min to Whitewater Center, 20 min to downtown Charlotte, 5 min to downtown Belmont bars, restaurants and shops; walk to park and boat landing.

Relaxation and simplicity await you here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, no other species; pet fee will apply. Guests 14 and under MUST wear a life jacket at the pond. No smoking.

House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Our guest studio is situated above a fully detached garage, offering total separation from the main home. Perfect for Business trip or getaway. Located within 5 miles from I 77 and 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte. The town's Cornelius, Davidson and Huntersville each have their own personality and narrative worth visiting. All filled with entertaining things to do, great places to shop, dine & lakefront views for anyone and everyone to enjoy. Lake Norman is a true water sports paradise.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
