Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

The Guest Suite

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Our home is a few blocks away from charming Old Town Waterfront where you can go for dinner at top notch restaurants, visit art galleries, shopping, events, music festivals… or just sit there to feel the breeze, enjoy ice cream and watch the sunset &sailing boats on Potomac River. You also can take water taxi to The Wharf DC, Georgestown or National Harbor …. 15 minutes drive to DC attractions , DCA airport, Amazon HQ…bike ride Mount Vernon trail… We love it and hope you'll enjoy it too.
