Beautiful views across the farm to see the animals:Reindeer, Emu, Ostrich, Rhea, Llama, Camels & Alpaca.

Kingfisher - Glamping Pod

Kingfisher is a beautifully appointed glamping pod located amongst our topiary garden overlooking the pond and banks of the Willow Brook with views beyond, to the open countryside. The pod has its own decking with furniture a bbq and fire pit with pizza oven to relax and unwind whist looking out for the kingfisher, heron, Mr and Mrs Mallard or maybe the two otters who live upstream. What we can promise are uninterrupted views, some great sunsets and a relaxed sense of wellbeing and peacefulness.

This versatile renovated barn is self contained and adjacent to our Victorian home. Modern well equipped kitchen, spacious living room with additional double sofa bed if required. Free WiFi. Large open plan bedroom upstairs with double bed and two single beds available. Large bathroom/ wet room. You are right in the centre of historic market town of Oundle and a few metres away from beautiful walks along the River Nene. Oundle offers an array of shops, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Tiny living at its best!

Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!
