Riverfront, Authentic, Luxury Log Cabin-Black Bear

Come and enjoy a refreshing stay in this luxury custom log cabin where you'll feel like you're in a treehouse! This cabin sleeps a total of 6, so it’s perfect for families or couples as you enjoy nature as well as each other! If fishing, kayaking, Hatcher Pass, hiking or biking is in your plans, this is the place for you! It offers the best of both worlds being located on the Parks Highway for easy access to all your day trips and a short 300' walk to the Little Susitna River in the backyard!

Magical Treehouse with Hot Tub

This beautifully designed tree house is perfect for your romantic getaway. Designed by "Treehouse Masters" Pete Nelson, this build is packed with tons of architectural whimsy.The treehouse has a queen sized bed upstairs that is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a kitchenette with a keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, mini fridge and hot plate. There is no running water in the treehouse so there a gray water system for the sink. The treehouse is located in Fairbanks.

Kasiana Island kayak cabin

Kasiana Island Cabin sits on the west shore of Kasiana Island, 1 mile southwest of Sitka, Alaska. The cabin was built in 2011. This remote site is generally accessible year-round by boat. It can be accessed by kayak weather permitting. Visitors are responsible for their own travel arrangements, or hire me. Guests are responsible for their own safety, and must bring their own amenities. Water is available by rain barrel, A cooler provided and bbq, bring ice. Waterproof boots are a must!

SaltWater Cottage

This one BR newly renovated cottage is in downtown, yet peaceful and private. Very well appointed, It overlooks the port, rail yard, and Cook Inlet. Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance. It is a few minutes walk to museums, convention centers, and the rail depot. Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

Hatcher Pass Lakeside Hideaway with Hot Tub!

Our tiny home is elegant and simple, hand crafted for privacy with close to town comforts, yet off the beaten path. This cozy paradise is tucked away on a private drive boasting some of the best views of the Wasilla Range. The home is crafted to provide you with over 420 Sq Feet of carefully planned space offering a fully functional kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a custom tiled shower. It is truly magical to soak outdoors under the night sky in the privacy of your own hot tub!

Located near the Airport and on the world famous Coastal Trail right on the water of the Cook Inlet, the location boasts a super fast (fastest) internet connection and unlimited downloads for business traveler’s needs. We are in a quiet and safe neighborhood and have free dedicated parking for our guests. Literally 5 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to downtown and midtown Anchorage by car. We also provide two Bikes and Tennis equipment for your enjoyment during summer months.

Casa Tanana

Wilderness and Aurora views close to town - A charming cedar shake house perched on a bluff overlooking the Tanana River with a view of the Alaska Range mountains and northern lights when the weather permits. About 2000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Maximum occupancy in winter is 5 people if one person is willing to sleep on the very comfortable couch. Aurora viewable from within house if weather and aurora activity cooperate.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.
