Cute and homey 775 sqft house, located off of Main Street in a quiet neighborhood. Smart TVs in every room and a variety of games to enjoy, whether it be out on the patio with a fireplace or inside with your favorite show in the background. Portable AC provided during the summer. Half a block from Downtown Alamosa, restaurants, bank and bars. Safeway, liquor store (Chief Liquor) and Walgreens is 0.5 miles away. Great Sand Dunes National Park and Zapata Falls is a 32.6 miles from the property.
