This stunning villa features three double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, including an en-suite spa shower. With a spacious double living room, a large white kitchen, and a cozy fireplace, it's the perfect retreat. Enjoy the beautifully manicured garden with built-in oven and barbecue, garden dining tables, sunbeds, and a private dock (extra cost) for stylish boat arrivals or island trips. Privacy is ensured with trellises, and safety measures include fire extinguishers and round-the-clock patrols.

Sunset house in Hydra

Our parents build this wonderful house in the traditional architecture of Hydra. The house is located in the picturesque fisherman's harbour of Kamini, more quiet and peaceful compared to the lively and cosmopolitan port of Hydra. It is 15 min walk from the central port of Hydra (along a scenic road next to the sea) or 3 min by water taxi. The house is only 90 steps(usually are more than 200) from the Kamini sea side road but the spectacular view from the terrace make it worth the effort.

Olive Trees House is a charming house, located in the bay of Mandraki, 20-25 minutes walk from the port. The house is detached, quiet, a bit high up on the hillside in an authentic and preserved environment. You will be dazzled by the extraordinary view of the sea. It is surrounded by olive trees, two lemon trees and a fig tree. Its two terraces, each with its own shaded pergola, offer a beautiful 180° view of the sea and the neighbouring hills.

Last but not least, there is a veranda with a breathtaking view and a blooming garden.

The apartment is situated at Neorio Beach and the distance from the port of Poros is 2,5km and 10m from the beach. There is a beautiful view over the sea and the apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning units. We provide all the necessary towels and linen.
