Sauna lämpiää kivikorikiukaan voimin ja yläkerrassa majoittuu hyvin neljä henkeä. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, pesukone ja kuivauskaappi pyykkihuoltoon ja tehokas 200 Mbps valokuituyhteys vaikkapa etätyöskentelyyn. Vuokra ei sisällä loppusiivousta, vaan majoittuja vastaa siitä. Mökki majoittaa 6+2 vierasta. Mökki sijaitsee hiihtolatujen (500m), rinteiden (1.5km) ja luontopolkujen välittömässä läheisyydessä. Uusi juuri valmistunut mökki Äkäslompolossa metsään rajoittuvalla tontilla. Sijainti rauhallisella paikalla mutta kuitenkin palveluiden lähellä. Mökissä on tilava keittiö/olohuone yhdistelmä, kaksi makuuhuonetta ja parvi. Viihtyisä sauna ja kylpyhuone yhdistelmä. Sänkyjä 6 henkilölle, tarvittaessa parvelle mahtuu patjapaikoille ainakin kaksi henkilöä lisää. Pienelle lapselle on tarvittaessa saatavilla vauvan sänky. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sekä loppusiivous lisähinnasta.
