This beautiful hidden gem in Formby is a memorable place that is anything but ordinary. We have a Laz-Y-Spa Hot Tub for you to enjoy. Themed as a log cabin. Formby Pinewoods is just 800m away. The award winning Formby beach is just a 20min walk. Formby is great for shopping and eating out with a variety of busy popular bars and restaurants that are well worth a visit. Two adults or a small family are very welcome. Hot Tub included in the price. Hot tub is automatically switched off at Midnight.

The Shippen barn near Liverpool and Crosby Beach

‘The Shippen’ is a barn conversion, once part of a small dairy farm. High beamed ceilings give a spacious, rustic feel, and the double sided log burner makes the living spaces cosy. A ‘home from home’ that many guests return to. Ideal for Golfers: Royal Birkdale and other top links courses line the Sefton coast from Crosby to Southport. Ideally located for Aintree racecourse, ‘Another Place’ at Crosby Beach. A short drive to Knowsley Safari Park and Aughton - Michelin Star capital of the North!

Barley Twist House - Port Sunlight

Step back in time and enjoy a stay in the peaceful & historic village of Port Sunlight. This original, grade 2 listed, black & white fronted house with its dramatic barley twisted chimneys has all the modern amenities you require for a relaxing stay. The house is the perfect base to explore the surrounding areas of Wirral, Liverpool, Chester and North Wales and is just a short walk from Port Sunlight train station, Gladstone Theatre, a quaint coffee shop, the local pub and nearby restaurants!

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Mersey Houseboat

Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. We have: Free WiFi All towels provided And a welcome pack provided also We have a comfortable sitting area with leather furniture. Two really comfortable beds with smart tv's and Netflix in all rooms. Can be met at the boat or self to check in.

There’s incredible museum’s, the Grand National, Cavern Club, the world heritage waterfront and so much more. Across the Mersey you have the beaches of New Brighton only 20 minutes away.
