Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Από τη βεράντα του καταλύματος και την όμορφη καταπράσινη αυλή του θα απολαμβάνετε το πρωϊνό ή το γεύμα σας ατενίζοντας τη θάλασσα και ταυτόχρονα το μαγευτικό Πήλιο, με τον ήχο των αηδονιών και του νερού που τρέχει στο ρέμα μας. The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα, παραλία, εστιατόρια και χώροι εστίασης και τέχνη και πολιτισμός. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

«Classic House» is a single storey stone-built house measuring 40 m² and forms part of the traditional guest houses «Chrissi Nefeli». It can accommodate two (2) people in a very "warm" setting, ideal for couples. This traditional house has a spacious double room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. An extra bed can be added in case of a family of three or a small company of maximum 3 persons.
