Located in the traditional fisherman's village of Skinopi just next to the shore, it will offer you exceptional holidays away from stressful .Daily life If we have to give a name to that house..it would be the house of colors! Introducing all tones of colors of a daytime like sky's blue and sun's gold or even orange and purple of a sunset. Also night's dark hues have been set as an illusion between moon and stars.

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

On the balkony you can admire the wonderful colours of the skay all day long and especially during the sunset. If you dream of peacufull nights by the see then that's the right place for you. In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.
