TV Steaming provided (Hulu live, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Apple TV). *An AWD/4WD VEHICLE IS A MUST DURING WINTER AND EARLY SPRING! YOU SHOULD HAVE WINTER TIRES WITH GOOD TREAD (not all season). Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Located in the Village of Speculator, a beautiful place in the heart of the Adirondack Park. Right on the snowmobile trail. Kayakers can shove off from the lake right located nearby. Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

This newly built modern rustic mother-in-law private cottage offers a convenient place to stay while exploring the Burlington/Winooski area. The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, the rail trail and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

Surrounded by many Amish neighbors, we are centrally located to Cooperstown, Howe Caverns, the Southern Adirondacks, Saratoga, Albany, Utica, and the Mohawk Valley (all within an hour's drive or less.) Enjoy a quiet retreat far off the road with authentic Amish furniture and decor and modern conveniences (washer & dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, AC/Heat, WiFi and streaming TV.)
