The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Warm & welcoming studio

Just ten minutes drive from Cardiff centre. Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. The studio has a wood burner, central heating & shared patio.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Perfectly located for convenience, this charming garden studio is only 25 min walk to Cardiff city centre and 20-min to Utilita Arena. On-street parking is available for free right in front of the garden studio. This cosy studio features a double bed, a kitchenette, and a small bathroom. Less than a 5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and coffee shops on Wellfield road and within a 30 minute walking distance of the city centre. Refurbished for 2023 with a new kitchen. Enjoy - Sky multi room and 2 smart TVs, wifi, nespresso coffee machine a good quality bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

A compact, quiet and private hideaway in Llandaff North, close to the centre of Cardiff. We are on the Taff Trail for walks and hikes, it's a 15 minute bike ride into town or an 8 minute train journey to the centre. Great restaurants nearby and Lidls is around the corner for essentials. 1 mile from University Hospital Wales. Great location. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to major routes and motor ways.

Built in 1855 this Victorian villa in the heart of the city has recently been completely redeveloped. No expense has been spared and the designer has created a unique contemporary feel whilst retaining several of the original features.
