Με υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο του Αδάμαντα. η τοποθεσία του συνδυάζει ηρεμία και άμεση πρόσβαση στα βασικά σημεία του νησιού: το λιμάνι απέχει μόλις 1,4 χλμ, η στάση λεωφορείου και η παραλία Παπικινού βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 300 μέτρων, ενώ το εντυπωσιακό Σαρακίνικο απέχει μόλις 3,2 χλμ. Οι άνετοι και λειτουργικοί χώροι του το καθιστούν ιδανική επιλογή για οικογένειες ή παρέες 4–5 ατόμων.

The apartment is only 600m from the port. 50 m away from the house there is a traditional greek tavern . Supermarket, bakery and other shops are available a fev metres away of the house. Step outside and be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf of Adamas.

Where history meets modern design… Welcome to our “Sunset Mansion”. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.
