Chill with family or friends, work remotely, and/or do a whole lot of nothing at this chic, freshly renovated beach house in the best coastal neighborhood of Southern Maine. Unobstructed water view, a 1 block walk to Huot's restaurant & bar, the neighborhood beach, and a buzzing marina with wave runners and sailing trips are at your disposal. Old Orchard Beach & solid restaurant options are within 5-10 min drive.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

A lovely lake-front cottage with a private beach on quaint Sunrise Lake! The house has a great view overlooking the water. Enjoy a beautiful morning view of the sun rising onto the lake with a cup of coffee or tea, grilling a tasty dinner on the deck, and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit for dessert. We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.
