Located within the family friendly Windrush Farm Estate on the River Windrush, Dairy Cottage is a 3 bedroom Cotswolds property with a private garden, tennis court and in-door swimming facilities. It is located in the picturesque 15th-century Old Minster Lovell village, home to Minster Lovell Hall and Dovecote, just 15 miles from the dreaming spires of Oxford and 11 miles from Blenheim Palace. Jeremy Clarkson's Farmers Dog, Diddly Squat farm, Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford Farm are all close by.

The property is an insulated wooden studio with its own garden area plus sole access to a heated pool open to 22 September 2025 apart from one hour a day from 6.30pm. Up to two well-behaved, friendly and social dogs welcome for a small fee (no pets in the pool though, please). Sorry no babies/children under 18

Honeysuckle cottage is on a quiet no-through lane in Fyfield, just outside Southrop, leading down to the River Leach from where there are numerous lovely walks, along the river, across farmland or through woodland from the doorstep. All walks can take in one of our lovely local pubs, which have roaring log fires and excellent food. Our local pub in Southrop is the The Swan, has a fantastic restaurant, lovely bar and is just a stagger away! In the Summer months, guests can also enjoy our pool

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home, perfect for families, groups, or business stays. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the cosy living areas with TVs, and enjoy five bedrooms, four of which have their own TVs for private entertainment. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool (usually open from May to September), measuring 7.5m x 3.8m, with a shallow end of 3ft 8in sloping to a deeper end of 5ft 5in, maintained at a comfortable 27°C for year-round enjoyment.

Open plan living in a studio that's both historic & one of a kind plus kitchenette with microwave & shower room. There is no bedroom but there are sofabeds, a kingsize & a single bed. Squadron Headquarters was a teenage den hence table tennis, smart tv, desk & good wifi to wfh. NB there are no curtains just a blackout blind in 2 sleeping areas so only semi dark- light comes through from table tennis area. Tennis court on the property as well as a garden off the farm drive
