A swinging bridge connects to the snuggle palace bedroom 50 feet off ground that has bunk bed. A fire pit lights up the entire place. Hike 285 acres with trail head right below treehouse, play games. Limestone Bungalow is fully remodeled, pro decorated & all yours for your visit to historic Maysville. Downtown, walking distance to restaurants, shops. A beautiful 1182 sqft house. Downstairs is a living room, dining room, full kitchen w/vintage touches, 1/2 bath, washer/dryer. Upstairs you’ll find full bathroom, bedroom 1: king bed, bedroom 2: loft w/ futon twin sz, bedroom 3: full bed. Yard w/a deck, fire pit (March-Dec) and a watch markers shop, not restored. WiFi, 2 streaming tv’s HVAC.

Welcome to Haymark Farmhouse, built in 1907. Relax in front of the fireplace with electric logs, play games (provided), and cook in the well-supplied kitchen or on the gas grill out back. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit (wood provided) and the lighted sitting area and table for eight. Explore our 275 acre farm! Check out our cute farm animals, take a hike along the creek, catch a fish in the pond, hunt (message us for rates), watch a sunset ...Enjoy your time at Haymark Farm.

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

This is the perfect couples getaway! Arrive with everything you need for a few days then take a deep breath. On exhale everything not directly related to the river is turned off. Then mix and match the following activities on repeat….river and critter watching, drinks/cuddling by the fire, hot tubing, snuggling, napping, snacking, streaming...occasionally throw in some fishing, kayaking, and open fire cooking on the cast iron cookware.
