Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Enjoy woodland walks direct from the garden gate, take a long soak in the en-suite’s enormous bath-tub built for two. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

The Owl House at Gardeners Cottage (dog friendly)

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting. Glen Lyon, Ben Lawers, Schiehallion, Aberfeldy, Drummond Hill and Loch Tay are just a stones throw away. Well-behaved dogs welcome (please note that we do not allow cats). Peaceful quiet, pet-friendly log cabin with enclosed garden. Surrounded by woodland and wildlife just a 10 minute walk from town. Open plan living space. Well equipped Kitchen. 50" Smart TV, Alexa speaker, and Xbox. Comfortable double bed. Secure outdoor seating with fire pit & BBQ. A 10 -15 minuite UPHILL walk from the town centre. The Cabin is located in an enclosed part of my garden & I live in the property next door. Shared driveway with guest parking directy outside the cabin.
