Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

The atmosphere in the "Guesthouse" is one of relaxation and comfort, a "home from home" feel is achieved through a high standard of cleanliness, solid but stylish furniture and fittings, colour coordination and that little bit of magic. It is set out to individual needs of each guest so they can quickly de-stress and relax. the private garden and patio, is a lovely area for an evening salad or a glass of wine. The accommodation is a self contained en-suite accommodation in a quiet semi rural location. It has a large private balcony to the rear of the property which is a perfect sun trap overlooking ancient woodland . Here you can relax while listening to the sound of the water running in the brook below. There is also a separate private patio area on the ground floor for al-fresco dining together with a BBQ for guests use. There is secure storage for cycles and other equipment on the ground floor.

Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
