In an enviable position just a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach, Ellesmere is a terraced house in New Quay. Our family bought the house in 1963, and three generations have enjoyed holidays here, escaping from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The house is comfortable and homely rather than boutique. Perfect if you want to get fit as it is up a steep hill, but within walking distance of New Quay's beaches, shops and eating places, it is also a 5 minute walk to the Ceredigion Coastal Path.

Troedyrhiw is a sanctuary, a two bedroom, detached, character stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border where nature is thriving. Rustic and comfortable. We are doggie friendly, are happy to welcome well behaved dogs. Troedyrhiw is the perfect base for being in nature, walking, cycling and exploring the scenic areas of this beautiful part Wales. The cottage was built in the 1800's and is a traditional, stone Welsh cottage.

N.B To allow us to offer a reduced booking cost for a smaller number of guests bedrooms not requested and booked for are secured. The farmhouse is for the exclusive use of your group and not shared with other guests. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the open countryside. The farmhouse sleeps 6. It has a kitchen, dining room, living room with log burner, family bathroom downstairs, a double bedroom and 2 king bedrooms both with en-suite. Dedicated eating area, patio and lawn for house guests, hot tub to hire on request (additional fee of £150 applies) at the back. Can sleep 10 when booked with the attached cottage. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Reservations with more than 1 dog may not be accepted.
