Relax in front of the woodburning stove after a days exploring, watch the sun set over Penrhyn Castle, take a walk down to the beach, or enjoy a drink at the The Slate Tavern and a walk home across the fields. Glyn Shepherds Hut is the perfect base for exploring everything that Snowdonia and the North Wales coast have to offer. Located between Capel Curig and Betws-y-Coed in North Wales, it has probably the best views in the area of stunning Model Siabod. It also combines the romance and cosiness of a traditional hut, with the modern conveniences of an attached shower room and entrance porch that gives you plenty of space to store muddy boots or clothing and kit, leaving the hut free of clutter.

Hafod Hedd (Peaceful Summer Dwelling)

Hafod Hedd is set in a beautiful private woody location on a the banks of a river. It is the perfect get away for adventurous souls who wish to escape the modern world! Cooking, heating and hot water are provided by a real fire, light is provided by candles, and the loo is an eco-friendly compost toilet. The real highlight is bathing under the stars in a pair of al fresco baths. This dwelling is only suited to able bodied adults as there are steep paths, hot fires, and drops into the river.

Tyn Y Ffridd cottage is situated in the heart of Abergwyngregyn, home to the stunning Aber Falls waterfall which is in walking distance. The cottage is grade II listed and has been completely renovated. Inside consists of one double bedroom which sleeps 2, a cosy living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower, W/C and sink, and a kitchen. Outside has private off-road parking and a raised patio from which you are able to take in the surrounding greenery, as well as the stunning views of Anglesey.

You’ll love my place because its a traditional grade 2 listed welsh cottage fully refurbished and set in a small hamlet within the countryside. My place is good for couples, walkers, solo adventurers, business travellers and small families. PLEASE NOTE: This is a small village located a couple of miles from the main A55 road there are no shops in the village itself. Tesco is a 5 min drive away

Whether you want to spend the day walking the horseshoe or just through the woods to above Ogwen Valley, there is something for everyone. The house is within walking distance of the village, 5 minutes from the Zip wire and 20 minutes from Anglesey and Snowdon. When you are finsihed for the day, cozy up next to the fire and enjoy our cottage with our welcome.
