Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

This convenient self contained flat forms part of a 19th century period property located in a very quiet area in the heart of Upper Bangor, within minutes walking distance of a local supermarket (2 mins), train station (8 mins) , university and the city centre (10 mins). You have a separate access with on street free parking and views of the Snowdonia range of mountains. Local places of interest e.g. Zip World-8 miles away and Mount Snowdon-15 miles away. Caernarfon is 9 miles away.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. A beautiful Mongolian Yurt set in its own private wooded space. The Bathroom is housed in a wooden cabin just a few feet from the door and is exclusively for use of guests. Views take in the breathtaking coastline, with Snowdonia in the distance and farm land in the foreground. The yurt is equipped with a mini hob and oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. A continental breakfast is provided. There is a wood burning stove to keep you cosy at any time of year.

Take a break and unwind at Yr Atodiad - escape to the peace and quiet of the Welsh countryside and enjoy the fresh air, gorgeous walks, and just being in the moment. You will have use of our cosy self contained annexe - with parking, wood burning stove, and basic kitchen facilities. The views of farm land, open countryside and our garden are stunning. We usually have chickens and there are often lambs in our small fields.

Here you will find peace and tranquility, set in the Snowdonia Foothills, we are only 15 minutes from the coast & 15 minutes from Snowdonia National Park.
