Het staat op een privédomein (de bossen rondom het huis zijn privé en dus niet toegankelijk, maar er zijn vele mogelijkheden voor wandelingen in de omgeving). U kan gemakkelijk naar Antwerpen, bv. met de waterbus vanuit Hemiksem.
